Each participant will work with a TRX Trainer provided by FX Studios learning new TRX exercises, stretches and more to develop their yoga practice as well as thorough education on how to use the TRX properly for the movements being taught. Some yoga and TRX experience could be helpful for this workshop, but all levels are welcome and all equipment will be provided. Lengthen, strengthen, tone and breathe, getting the most out of your practice in just 60 minutes of mindful effort. Level 2, or 2 Diamond, classes are suitable for intermediate students. Hot Vinyasa 2

[h] Heated.Turn up the heat on your favorite flow class. Hot Vinyasa is held in a heated room warms your body for deeper opening and cleansing. The muscles, tendons and ligaments may become supple as you work to sweat out toxins. All levels of practitioners are welcome, but those with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disorders, eating disorders, sleep deprivation, or pregnancy should consult their doctor first about the safety. Please bring a water bottle and a towel.
