This Vinyasa-style yoga class uses a flowing sequence of standing and sitting poses that can help you build strength and improve your balance and flexibility. You’ll also sync your inhales and exhales to the movement, creating a mind-body connection that can also relieve stress. You’ll leave with an understanding of yoga basics while accomplishing a great workout. No prior yoga experience is required.
