Join Marissa on the water for Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga. She will teach you proper paddling techniques and lead you out to a serene location for yoga. You will feel amazing on the water and be able to take your yoga practice to a new level. All levels welcome.
Please don't forget sunscreen, water and a towel. When you arrive you can park at the Marina and then walk down the far right dock and you'll see a teal shed out by the water where we meet for classes.
