Join Jodi and Marissa for a fun and challenging partner yoga class! Partner yoga is a great way to share a practice of breath, body awareness and support of each other in the room. Cultivate community by bringing a partner or meet someone new. We will move each others' bodies, challenge each other with balance and find our own internal and physical strength that we can share as a group. It would be helpful if at least one partner has some yoga experience, but it's not required. We look forward to practicing with you!
