Join Marissa for a strength and core based yoga sequence to help you build your handstands as well as progress your current handstands (or lack their of...) throughout this workshop together. You will have the opportunity to warm up with a hot vinyasa practice and then everyone will move into different modifications for building a handstand. There will be lots of options offered which include prop usage, flexibility options and strength exercises. Marissa believes handstands require confidence and she is committed to bringing that to you and then from there you will learn lots of tools to start to see the world upside down, kick up in the middle of the room and even work into pressing up in the future.
