This vinyasa yoga class is designed for those who want to prolong the life of their muscles and bones, develop movements that link together to create a stretch and a strengthening feel and get a workout while relaxing the mind. All levels of yoga are welcome. Athletes and everyone are welcome. An athlete is one who uses their body daily and knows the importance of continuing to move, feel strong and maintain optimum health.
