We use Back Creek as our outdoor yoga studio and practice on the only floating studio in Annapolis! Practicing yoga on the stand up paddleboards is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water, not to mention a great workout that builds core strength and balance. Imagine the sun on your face, a gentle breeze blowing across your skin, as you lift yourself into upward facing dog, or floating weightlessly in savasana, fingers dipping into the cool water during your final relaxation. Our stand up paddleboard yoga program is open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, or new to yoga. Basic paddle instruction will be taught at the start of each class.
