Join me at The Wine Collective in Hampden for Vino and Vinyasa on Wednesday March 30th at 6:30pm. The Wine Collective is beautiful, spacious and warm! The yoga practice will be a vinyasa based all levels flow followed by your pick of red, white or rosé and then you are welcome to add on any kind of treat from their amazing menu after class and maybe even another class of wine! This class is co-hosted by Em Barlow, The Balcerzak Group of AB & Co Realtors and she will be providing you with a sweet treat after practice to go alongside your vino, YUM!

Please bring your own mat. There is plenty of free parking in the area, please sign up online using the link provided ($22) or Venmo @ Marissa-Walch $20 with your email in the memo.
