Yoga @ Four Seasons

Join Baltimore's local instructor Marissa Walch for an all-levels power vinyasa (flow) yoga practice on the pool deck of the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, as part of our Summer Wellness Series. You will move from pose to pose with creative sequencing, breath cues and work to build strength with added core and long holds in each posture. After class stick around for a signature cocktail and friendship with the breathtaking sunset views of the harbor by the pool. It’s the perfect blend of fitness, relaxation, and scenic beauty—an experience that revitalizes both body and mind.
