Join Marissa at Coppermine Harbor East for a lunch time flow. Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.

You can park on the street or in the Exeter Street Garage at 650 S. Exeter Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 for three hours for FREE. The gym is located on the 2nd floor when you use the elevator from the garage. You must register your license plate in the system when you arrive at the gym. If you park in a different location the front door is located next to the Harbor East Cinemas and Häagen-Dazs. There are locker rooms, showers, towels and mats available if you don’t have your own.
