Step onto your mat for a journey of poses and movement built to make you feel good, strong and alive. This practice will incorporate breathing techniques, mindfulness and a powerful flow to give our bodies the joy of feeling good together on our mats. All levels of yoga are welcome as modifications will be offered. Come practice with us!
